HN Services España is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Security Lead to oversee Run activities for ISF infrastructure, ensure high availability, and supervise incident resolution across L1-L3. You will coordinate major incidents, drive RCA, and manage the security roadmap across multi-country environments.

The role requires coordinating with security and technical teams, ensuring compliance with governance, audits, and corporate procedures.

Formación

• Experience leading IT infrastructure security and operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-country initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Supervise incident resolution (L1-L3) and ensure SLA/SLO compliance.
• Coordinate major incident management and stakeholder communication.
