Super Technologies in Spain is seeking a SOC Lead to head the Security Operations Centre, owning alert monitoring, triage, and first-line incident response across extended hours. You will shape coverage models, runbooks and metrics in collaboration with Detection Engineering, Forensics and Platform Engineering.

You will lead end-to-end incidents, coordinate major events across SOC, IT and business teams, and drive improvements to IR playbooks and escalation paths.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a SOC or equivalent detection-and-response function.
• Strong hands-on incident response background — triage, containment and coordination under pressure.
• Experience building or maturing SOC processes: runbooks, SLAs, escalation paths and metrics.
• Comfort working across a dependency-heavy environment with multiple teams.
• Experience designing or running tabletop exercises with cross-functional stakeholders.
• People leadership experience, ideally managing senior engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring, triage and first response across all detection sources, with extended hours and on-call rotations.
• Logging coverage to support Detection Engineering and Forensics.
• Own incidents end-to-end: enrich, validate, contain and close; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate major security incidents across SOC, IT, Cloud, and business teams; conduct tabletop exercises.
• Own IR playbooks and work with pentest teams to test coverage and reaction time.
