remoteo, Madrid-based, is seeking an Run & Production Manager to lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure, ensure high availability, and supervise incident resolution while coordinating with security and product teams.

You will drive RCA, manage multi-country changes, and align CI/CD/DevOps pipelines within an Agile framework. Hybrid work model with flexible hours is offered along with language training.

Formación

• Requirements include JIRA, Octane and ServiceNow usage.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux and Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, SFTP and CFT protocols.
• Understanding of mTLS and SAML security standards.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational stability.
• Supervise incident resolution (L1, L2, L3) and ensure SLA/SLO compliance.
• Coordinate major incident management (MIM) and communicate with stakeholders.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Lead technical evolution projects including integration with enterprise security systems.
• Manage security vulnerability remediation across platforms and ensure audit compliance.
• Coordinate governance and change management across multi-country environments.
• Oversee CI/CD toolchains and DevOps infrastructure alignment.
• Track user stories and backlog in Agile environments; use JIRA/Octane for delivery tracking.
• Lead project governance and stakeholder reporting across IT, business, and security domains.

What are we looking for?

An Run & Support Project Manager to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

Run & Production Management

• Lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational stability
• Supervise incident resolution (L1, L2, L3) and ensure SLA/SLO compliance
• Coordinate major incident management (MIM) and communication with stakeholders
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective actions

Technical Evolution & Infrastructure Initiatives

• Lead technical evolution projects, including:
• Integration with enterprise security systems
• Infrastructure modernization and obsolescence management
• Optimization of performance, resilience, and maintainability
• Manage technical roadmap and prioritization of infrastructure initiatives

Security & Vulnerability Management

• Coordinate remediation of security vulnerabilities (EVS / IVS) across platforms
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and internal policies
• Drive coordination between security teams and technical teams to track and close risks

Change Management & Governance

• Validate risk, impact, dependencies, and rollback strategies
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and corporate procedures
• Coordinate complex changes across multi-country environments

CI/CD & DevOps Toolchain Infrastructure

• Coordinate infrastructure evolution of CI/CD toolchains and DevOps environments
• Ensure alignment between infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Support automation and continuous delivery practices

Agile & Delivery Management

• Manage and track user stories and technical backlog in Agile environments
• Use tools such as JIRA and/or Octane for backlog management and delivery tracking
• Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to ensure alignment between business and technical priorities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Project Management & Governance

• Lead infrastructure-related initiatives following project lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
• Ensure adherence to governance processes, reporting, and decision bodies (e.g., Steering Committees)
• Provide structured reporting on risks, progress, and deliverables
• Manage stakeholders across IT, business, and security domains

Stakeholder & Multi-country Coordination

• Coordinate activities across multiple countries and teams
• Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, security, and business stakeholders
• Ensure strong communication and alignment at all levels

Requirements:
