DATA4's Spain Data Center Infrastructure Lead provides strategic leadership for national critical infrastructure operations. You will lead facilities teams across campuses to ensure safe, secure, reliable, and available data center services, while driving standardized engineering governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in similar mission-critical operations, a Bachelor’s in engineering, fluent English, and proven ability to lead multi-site teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position or in mission-critical operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple campuses.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX and OPEX within approved targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, KPIs, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, information security and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and country leadership.
