Syntax Iberia is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver a portfolio of security initiatives across the global security organization and customer engagements. This delivery-focused role requires coordinating multiple projects, managing dependencies, and ensuring governance and reporting across the portfolio.

Formación

• 3+ years delivering cybersecurity projects and programs in mid-to-large enterprises, ideally within a CISO setup.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, and priorities.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes with clarity, structure, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage fast-paced multi-project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of a portfolio of security projects and initiatives across the security organization and customer engagements.
• Maintain a consolidated view of the project portfolio and track dependencies, resources, risks and priorities.
• Support and operationalize security sprint planning, backlog organization, and delivery tracking.
