The Lemon Consulting is seeking an engaged customer support specialist to assist Icelandic-speaking clients. You will respond via email, phone, and live chat for bookings, payments, and account inquiries, acting as the bridge between customers and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.

You will maintain accurate CRM entries, follow established procedures, and adapt to solve unique challenges while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and team goals.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong active listening.
• Proficiency with digital tools: Office 365, CRM platforms, and web interfaces.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-driven problem solving mindset.
• Resilience and adaptability in high-volume or complex situations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat with bookings, payments, and account inquiries.
• Liaise between customers and service providers to ensure swift, high-quality resolutions.
• Update customer accounts accurately using our CRM and internal databases.
• Follow company procedures while adapting creatively to solve unique challenges.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
