Jobtailor in Barcelona seeks a customer service specialist to support international travelers and property suppliers. You will listen, assess needs, and provide accurate information by phone and email, helping with reservations, services, and payments. This role requires strong communication and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

Fluency in Icelandic (C2) and English, plus experience in CRM systems and Office 365, are essential. Join a fast-paced, multilingual team based in Cataluña.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Icelandic (C2 level).
• Advanced level of English.
