Cross Border Talents, located in Barcelona, is seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their global customer experience team. In this role, you will provide support to customers for well-known international brands across various sectors, including technology and e-commerce.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries in both Icelandic and English, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The position offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and a relocation package if required.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in the country.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic and English.
• Understand customer needs and offer accurate information and solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues using internal tools.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and policies.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in every interaction.

Fluent Icelandic (C1+)
