Cigna Healthcare in Madrid is seeking an IBM i / AS400 Production Support Analyst (L2) to provide first-line and Level 2 application support for business-critical systems, with emphasis on overnight batch processing and stability.

You will work in an Agile and ITIL-aligned environment, handling incidents through ServiceNow, performing troubleshooting, monitoring, and close collaboration with IT teams to ensure service quality.

Formación

• Experience in application support or service desk
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira or similar
• Basic SQL knowledge and data concepts
• Exposure to IBM i (AS/400) environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Incident and service request management through ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot and analyse incidents using logs and system information
• Provide operational and batch support for daily processes
• Monitor alerts and service health dashboards
• Communicate with users and stakeholders during incidents
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and runbooks
• Develop IBM i and SQL knowledge for career growth
