UST España & Latam in Madrid is seeking an Application Operations Support to ensure smooth operation of core banking apps and handle 2nd level incidents. You will coordinate with service owners and 3rd-level support, and participate in weekly on-call duty. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Madrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH) and exposure to large-scale digital banking projects with career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Professional experience in application support.
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting is an advantage).
• Knowledge of Windows OS at server level.
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English; German an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support).
• Processing incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAs.
• Coordinating between incident managers, application service owners, 3rd-level support and stakeholders.
• Taking over on-call duty weekly (7x24).
