Job summary

Hyde Hotel Ibiza is seeking a motivated hospitality student for an internship program in Ibiza. You will assist the Director General with administrative tasks, manage communications, and help ensure a positive guest experience.

Join an innovative and fast-growing international group, with accommodation and daily lunch provided. You will work across front desk, operations, and events, gaining hands-on exposure to hospitality management and guest services.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Enrollment in Hospitality Management or related program.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and willingness to learn new software.
• Customer service orientation and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director General.
• Manage emails, schedule meetings, and handle phone calls.
• Greet guests and assist with guest services as needed.
• Support front desk operations, inventory management, and interdepartment liaison.
• Assist with data entry and basic analysis to support decisions.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics.
