Job summary

CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions, a global leader in IVF and reproductive health, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Iberia to lead our Fertility commercial organization across Spain and Portugal. You will guide a team of Account Managers, Equipment & Service specialists, and Key Account professionals to achieve ambitious growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in the fertility industry.
• At least 3 years in people leadership and sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Iberia sales team to achieve revenue, market share, and AOP objectives.
• Develop regional sales strategies and manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Global Commercial teams.
• Travel across Spain and Portugal to support customers and execute plans.
• Support key account strategy development and negotiations with stakeholders.
