Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Marketing Planning & Performance Manager for Iberia (Spain & Portugal). You will lead insight-driven planning, budget management and marketing effectiveness, translating priorities into local plans and partnering with Marketing and Finance to drive investments and performance.

You will report to the Head of Marketing as part of the Marketing Leadership Team, shaping strategies across Spain/Portugal and collaborating with regional teams to embed insights into

Qualifications

Experience coordinating planning cycles, tracking spend and forecasts.
Strong data analysis skills; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with reporting and planning systems.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Iberia's annual marketing plan aligning with Western Europe direction.
Optimize marketing budgets and allocate investments according to priorities.
Translate performance data into practical investment decisions and clear stakeholder narratives.
Improve planning tools and data quality while building shared ownership of performance.
