LEGO Group in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Channel Manager, eCommerce – Iberia, to shape digital shopping experiences for consumers and retail partners across Spain and Portugal. Hybrid work involves 3 days in the Madrid office.

You will drive eCommerce growth, collaborate with Trade Marketing, and optimize retailer platforms. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with leadership responsibilities for a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, omnichannel retail or related commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of online retail ecosystems including pure-play and omnichannel retailers.
• Experience leading and coaching a small team.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Budget management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the online shopper journey across key retail partners.
• Drive commercial performance through retailer campaigns, trading moments, and annual promotional plans.
• Informal leadership of the Digital Merchandizer and Business Developer; coach and support team members.
