Job summary
The LEGO Group Iberia is seeking a Commercial Planning Specialist to guide the Iberia Business Unit's planning processes. You will lead the monthly planning cycle for the sales team, create clear briefs, and identify risks and opportunities, using planning tools and dashboards to support commercial growth.
You will partner with cross-functional colleagues to translate strategy into executable plans, enabling evidence-based decisions and alignment across functions within a European manufacturing
Qualifications
- Use business performance data to establish planning processes for a commercial unit.
- Translate regional priorities into local Iberia planning activities.
- Influence cross-functional decisions with insight-led recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain commercial planning processes including Joint Business Planning.
- Run end-to-end monthly planning and develop clear briefs for decisions.
- Identify risks and opportunities through planning tools and dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape decisions via insights.
- Support the Integrated Commercial Plan with Revenue, Portfolio, and Channel teams.
- Lead cross-functional planning discussions and secure alignment for deployments.
