Job summary

LEGO Group in Madrid is seeking a Marketing Planning & Performance Manager for Iberia to lead insight-driven marketing planning, budget management and effectiveness. You will translate global and Western Europe priorities into locally grounded plans, working with Marketing and Finance to connect insights with investment decisions.

You’ll join the marketing leadership team, report to the Head of Marketing, and help embed marketing effectiveness across Spain and Portugal with strong data

Qualifications

• Coordinating planning cycles, tracking spend and forecasts, supporting month-end and year-end processes.
• Ability to check data accuracy, identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel, strong PowerPoint and confidence with reporting and planning systems.
• Influence stakeholders across Marketing, Finance and regional teams to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Iberia's annual marketing plan aligned with Western Europe priorities.
• Optimise marketing budgets throughout the year and allocate investments by priority and performance.
• Translate performance data into practical investment decisions and clear stakeholder narratives.
• Improve planning tools and data quality while building shared ownership of performance.
