This role demands driving sales growth and expanding market share for crop protection products in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of industry experience and a master's degree in a relevant field. Proficient negotiation skills and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English are essential. Regular travel is required, including visits to headquarters in Belgium.

• Deep understanding of agricultural sector dynamics in Spain and Portugal.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth for crop protection products in Spain and Portugal.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Globachem.
