Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer to own our Identity & Access Management architecture and build a scalable, automated identity ecosystem aligned with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure. You’ll work with the Systems Team to drive automation and modern workflows in a fast-growing company.

The role is based in Barcelona with an office-first hybrid model (80% on-site, 20% remote). Fluency in English and Spanish is required to collaborate across a global team and accelerate

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments.
• Deep IAM knowledge including identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with scripting basics.
• Experience with fast-paced scale-ups and high-volume onboarding pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Identity architecture: manage and configure user identities, roles, and positions.
• Automated provisioning: build and maintain automated workflows for provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Cross-department collaboration: align access governance with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• AI & Agile operations: leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• System support: ensure optimal application access, SSO, and lifecycle management across teams.
