Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer in Barcelona (Hybrid) to own identity and access management across our rapidly growing platforms. You will design and automate provisioning, integrate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure, and drive scalable access solutions using AI-driven tools.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, 3+ years in IAM or IT systems, and a bias for building clean, scalable cloud solutions from scratch.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups with high-volume onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain automated identity ecosystem.
• Manage identities, roles, and access across the organization.
• Coordinate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Leverage AI and agile methods to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Ensure SSO and lifecycle management across applications.
