Factorial HR is seeking a Mid IT Systems Engineer to advance identity and core platforms in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You will own Microsoft Entra ID and Azure platform administration, acting as Product Owner for this area with IAM-driven organizational structuring.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You will work in a collaborative tech team and contribute to scalable access infrastructure from scratch using AI and agile methodologies.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• IAM knowledge: permission structures and organizing by departments, groups, and roles.
• Experience configuring PIM to manage privilege escalation for Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure services, specifically Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Identity management knowledge focused on Azure and Entra ID.
• Terraform experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Entra ID Administration: Manage users, groups, and organizational structure within Microsoft Entra ID, acting as the Product Owner of this area.
• IAM & Access Governance: Define permissions each person needs and structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles.
• Privileged Access Management: Configure and manage PIM to grant temporary elevated privileges for accessing Azure resources.
• Azure Foundry Deployment: Manage deployment of Azure Foundry for BI/AI models, interviewing stakeholders to determine needs and configuring models.
