Factorial HR is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer to own the Identity & Access Management architecture and build a scalable, automated identity ecosystem in Barcelona. You will work with the Systems Team and coordinate with Legal, Security and Infrastructure to accelerate onboarding waves.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; the role is hybrid with on-site and remote elements in a fast-growing tech environment.

Formación

• Have+3 years of experience in IT Systems or IAM environments.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, automated provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• You know the basics of scripting.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation tools (e.g., YepCode) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identity Architecture: manage and configure user identities, roles, and positions.
• Automated Provisioning: build scalable workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Cross-Department Partnership: align access governance with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure.
• AI & Agile Operations: leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and speed growth.
• System Support Collaboration: ensure optimal application access and lifecycle management.
