Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems Engineer to own the administration of Microsoft Entra ID and the Azure cloud platform, focusing on IAM rather than server infrastructure. You will act as the Product Owner for the Entra ID area, shaping the permission model and organizing the company by departments, groups, and roles.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role is based in Barcelona with a hybrid on-site/remote arrangement, and deep collaboration with the IAM and BI/AI teams to

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• IAM knowledge: understanding of permission structures and how to organize a company by departments, groups, and roles.
• Experience configuring PIM to manage privilege escalation for Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Identity management knowledge focused specifically on Azure and Entra ID.
• Terraform experience is a plus (good-to-have).
• Database knowledge is not required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Entra ID Administration: Manage users, groups, and organizational structure within Microsoft Entra ID, acting as the Product Owner of this area.
• IAM & Access Governance: Apply IAM knowledge to define what permissions each person needs and structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles.
• Privileged Access Management: Configure and manage PIM to grant temporary elevated privileges for accessing Azure resources.
• Azure Foundry Deployment: Manage the deployment of Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment, interviewing stakeholders to determine needs and configuring models and rules.
