Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer to own our identity and access architecture in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You’ll design, implement, and operate a scalable, automated identity ecosystem across multiple platforms, collaborating with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, SSO, and lifecycle management, with on-site and remote balance and a strong emphasis on rapid growth and scalable

Formación

• 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures.
• Basic scripting knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups with high-volume onboarding.
• Familiarity with SaaS management tools, agile methods, and AI-enabled automation.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
