Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer to design, implement, and automate a scalable identity ecosystem that grows with our hypergrowth. You will own the Identity & Access Management architecture and collaborate closely with the Systems, Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model (80% on-site, 20% remote) and a strong focus on AI-enabled automation and secure cloud solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, automated provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Basic scripting knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups with hypergrowth onboarding.
• Familiarity with modern automated SaaS management tools, Agile methodologies and AI-enabled ops (nice to have).
• Excellent communication skills to align with legal, security, and platform teams.

• Identity Architecture: configure user identities, roles, and positions across the org.
• Automated provisioning: build scalable workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Cross-department governance: align access policies with Legal, Security, and Infra teams.
• AI & Agile operations: leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• System support collaboration: ensure optimal application access, SSO, and lifecycle management.
