Factorial HR is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer to own the Identity & Access Management architecture, design secure automated workflows, and scale our identity ecosystem. You will partner with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure governance and compliant access.

You’ll work within an agile environment, leveraging AI-native tooling and modern integration methods to reduce manual tasks and accelerate onboarding for a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management and directory structures.
• Able to script foundations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain identity architecture and access management.
• Build and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for high-volume onboarding.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security and Infrastructure for access governance.
