Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Account Manager (English Speaking) to join our hybrid team. This full-time role offers a 39-hour week and a permanent contract, with an initial hybrid setup after two months.

You will achieve sales targets, assess customer needs with non-scripted probing, maintain product knowledge, and ensure service levels meet KPIs while delivering friendly, professional support. The compensation includes a €21,376 gross yearly salary plus up to €5,500 gross yearly bonus

Qualifications

• Native level German
• Advanced level English
• Solid sales background
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Pipeline management and forecasting experience
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to rotate shifts if needed

Responsibilities

• Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each call
• Use probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer appropriate products
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
• Ensure service meets KPIs and contractual sales goals
• Greet customers professionally and build rapport
• Clarify requirements and provide resolutions using tools and resources
• Prepare complete and accurate work and notes on accounts
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Answer billing questions by discussing account components
