Job summary

CAREL Iberica in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales OEM to grow the OEM business portfolio and support the Field Sales team with account planning, forecasting and offers.

You will build relationships with OEM customers, coordinate with Order Management and technical support, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining CRM data. The role offers hybrid work, training, and career development within CAREL Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage data and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of OEM customers.
• Prepare, monitor and follow up commercial offers and opportunities.
