Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona (hybrid) is seeking a Business Developer to identify and nurture OEM accounts, gather in-depth account data, and drive partner engagement. You will map use cases, projects, and stakeholders to support the sales and partner teams.

The role emphasizes research, data management, and strong collaboration, with a hybrid Barcelona work setup, and a comprehensive on-boarding program.

Qualifications

Proficient or bilingual in Italian with intermediate English level.
Experience researching and managing databases.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret information and solve problems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
Able to use data management tools (CRM) and Microsoft Office.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of how B2B sales work.

Responsibilities

Find and identify existing OEM accounts through research.
Gather and update details about current OEM accounts (industry, use cases, projects, platforms).
Develop ideas to encourage partners to use the portal as their main information source.
Research and identify key people in product management, R&D at target accounts.
Screen leads to determine fit before passing to sales or partner teams.
Use HP systems to confirm if accounts are a good match.
