Innomotics Spain seeks an Area Sales Professional to drive the HV business unit, turning opportunities into business through strong customer relationships and strategic positioning.

You will develop and execute sales strategies for HV customers, manage existing accounts, and build a robust pipeline while coordinating with OEMs, EPCs, and end users. Fluency in Spanish and English is required in this international role.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable field.
• 5+ years in global sales or business development in HV/MV drives.
• Strong commercial drive with technical understanding.
• Spanish required; solid English.
• Experience in dynamic international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HV customers.
• Sales responsible for existing HV customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.
• Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline with forecast.
• Engage with OEM, EPCs, and End users to understand needs.
• Drive product offers and tenders, coordinating technical and commercial.
• Work with global and regional teams to align on strategy and win projects.
• Deliver product presentations and represent Innomotics in meetings and events.
