Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. seeks Project Technical Engineering Experienced Professionals to join its HVDC System Performance team in Spain.

You will contribute to design, analysis, and validation of HVDC transmission systems and participate from tender studies to commissioning with global teams. You will work with engineers across Sweden, the UK and Canada, building expertise while supporting a new engineering presence in Spain and advancing renewable energy integration into power grids

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in power systems or control systems environments.
• Knowledge of HVDC or transmission systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform power system studies and simulations for HVDC designs.
• Contribute to tender and project execution phases translating customer needs.
• Develop and optimize control models using standard tools.
• Support factory tests in Sweden and occasional commissioning worldwide.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver safe, reliable solutions.
