Siemens Energy in Madrid is seeking a Sales Manager to own the sales activities for new-built power plants across Spain, focusing on Control, Digitalization, and Electrical solutions. You will work with customers, EPCs, and internal teams to identify opportunities and drive growth from lead generation to contract signing.

The role requires establishing a robust sales pipeline, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and traveling within Spain.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical.
• At least 8 years of sales experience in power generation or related field.
• Experience with end customers and EPCs; knowledge of control, digitalization, and electrical solutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales activities for Spain’s new-built power plant sector in Control, Digitalization, and Electrical solutions.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Spanish market with annual targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating leads and managing customer interactions.
• Own the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to contract signing and handover to delivery.
• Collaborate across Siemens Energy businesses and countries to create customized customer solutions and accurate forecasts.
