Siemens Energy S.A. in Spain seeks a Senior Professional in Strategic Sales Operations to ensure business continuity for the Sales Distributed unit across Europe. You will lead operational effectiveness of the sales team in Gas Services, focusing on Sales Operations, process management, and data analysis.

You will engage cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and develop strategic service sales initiatives, driving excellence and shaping the region's future.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, or business analysis in energy/industrial sector.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools (Power BI/Tableau) is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen for KPI tracking and trends.
• Technical understanding of gas turbine machinery and proactive mindset to innovate.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication for clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end sales process within the CRM (Salesforce) from opportunity to order.
• Liaise between sales and finance/legal/project execution for proposal accuracy.
• Oversee order management and resolve customer/operational issues.
• Develop regional sales strategies with leadership to improve market share.
• Create dashboards/reports using Power BI/Tableau for leadership insights.
