Job summary

Amazon Spain in Córdoba offers an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position for a 6-month period. You will join a fast-paced HR team within operations, learning and supporting processes that connect people, products and places across teams.

You will assist with communications, training plans, employee inquiries, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience under a dedicated mentor in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).
• Currently in final year and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications to align teams across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs of various teams.
