Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position. You will immerse yourself in HR within a global organization, supporting employee relations, training, and compensation initiatives while developing data-driven insights.

You will work with a dedicated mentor, participate in learning sessions, and have the potential for a graduate role or second internship after completion. Must have right to work in Spain and be in your final year of study.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or above).
• Able to sign a learning agreement with your university.
• Willing to commit to 40 hours per week.
• Currently in your final year pursuing a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for teams.
• Learn HR best practices across the organization.
• Support employees with HR queries (attendance, engagement, compensation).
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency.
• Compile personnel statistics and performance reports.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives.
