Job summary

Amazon Inc. is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position in Spain for a 6-month program in 2027.

You will gain hands-on experience in HR within a global operations environment, collaborating with leaders across teams and countries, and supporting training, employee relations, analytics, and daily HR tasks. You will work 40 hours per week, learn to design solutions, and contribute to projects with a dedicated mentor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level)
• Sign a learning agreement with your university
• Work 40 hours/week minimum for 6 months internship maximum
• Final year student in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration
• Help develop training plans and materials for team development
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices
• Provide day-to-day support to employees on attendance, engagement, and compensation queries
• Assist HR teams with administrative tasks and routines
• Participate in process reviews to identify improvements and automation opportunities
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions
