Amazon is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern (6 Months) position for 2027 in Spain. The role immerses you in HR within a global operations context, supporting employee inquiries, training initiatives, and workforce analytics while partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

You will learn through a dedicated mentor, gain hands-on experience across HR areas, and have the opportunity to progress toward a graduate role.

Formación

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Can sign a learning agreement with the University in which you are enrolled.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 month internship maximum.
• Currently in your final year and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Developing in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assisting with internal communication efforts to align teams across multiple countries.
• Helping develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs of various teams.
• Learning about HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and staying up-to-date on best practices.
• Providing support to Amazon employees on a range of daily queries related to attendance, engagement, and compensation.
