Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is hiring an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern to immerse you in HR within a global organization.

You will work on projects across HR areas—from employee relations to training and workforce analytics—under a dedicated mentor who guides your development. You may engage in projects across different HR areas, gaining insights into how HR partners with the business to drive growth and organizational excellence, with a path toward graduate roles or subsequent

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Sign a learning agreement with the University.
• 40 hours/week minimum and 6 month internship maximum.
• Currently in final year pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assisting with internal communication across countries to promote collaboration.
• Helping develop training plans and materials for team development.
• Learning HR functions across the organization and staying updated on best practices.
• Providing support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assisting HR teams with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Participating in process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
• Compiling personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
