Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern role designed to immerse you in HR within a global organization. You will work on employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics, while collaborating with operations leaders across countries.

You will be mentored throughout the program, gain hands-on experience, and have opportunities to advance to graduate roles or further internships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Can sign a learning agreement with the university.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and 6-month internship maximum.
• Currently in final year pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for various teams.
• Learn HR practices across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with administrative routines and day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in reviews to identify process improvements and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
