Job summary

Amazon seeks an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern (6 Months) in Spain. You will join a global HR team to design, improve, and run systems connecting people, products, and places.

The program offers mentorship, hands-on projects across HR areas, and exposure to workforce analytics, employee relations, and training initiatives. You will work 40 hours per week, start dates across January–September 2027, and may receive relocation support and access to Amazon’s learning platforms and intern

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Sign a learning agreement with your university.
• Commit to 40 hours/week minimum and a 6-month internship maximum.
• Currently in final year pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for employee growth.
• Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Support process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations.
