Amazon is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for a 6-month program in Madrid. You will learn HR across global operations, support employee relations, training, and workforce analytics while collaborating with operations leaders to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates are in the final year of a relevant degree, fluent in Spanish and English (C1), and can commit to 40 hours per week. A mentor will guide development throughout the internship and relocation support is available.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in final year pursuing HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Able to commit 40 hours/week for 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for teams.
