Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations
• Assist internal communications across countries to promote collaboration
• Help develop training plans and materials for employee growth
• Learn HR functions across the organization and stay updated on best practices
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day routines and admin tasks
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automation
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations for decision-making
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals
