The program emphasizes hands-on exposure to HR operations, People Analytics, and process improvements, with cross-functional collaboration across Payroll, Finance, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.
• B2 level of English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of Compensation & Benefits programs and employee data management.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, leaves, and other HR processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records; manage shared Talent mailboxes.
• Support recurring HR dashboards and reporting; validate data quality.
• Assist with project work for Compensation & Benefits and Talent Operations.
