Job summary

Amazon is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position for a 6‑month programme in Spain. You’ll work with global HR teams to support employee relations, training, compensation data, and workforce analytics, gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR areas.

You must be in your final year, fluent in Spanish and English, and commit to 40 hours per week for six months. A university learning agreement is required; relocation support and a competitive monthly salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Must sign a learning agreement with your university.
• Commit to 40 hours per week for 6 months.
• Currently in your final year pursuing HR, business, psychology, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions within Amazon's operations
• Assist with internal communications across countries
• Develop training plans and materials for teams
• Learn HR best practices and stay updated
• Provide employee support on attendance, engagement and compensation
• Assist day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks
• Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency
• Compile personnel statistics and performance reports
• Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with goals
