Job summary

Coty is seeking an HR Operations Intern to join our Iberia team in Barcelona. You will learn how a multinational HR Operations department works and support hiring, data changes, and employee lifecycle tasks.

You will gain hands-on experience with HR systems, compliance, and documentation, and participate in process improvements during a hands-on internship with guidance from a seasoned team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university or master's program in Human Resources or Labour Relations.
• Able to enter into an internship agreement with a university or business school.
• Interest in HR Operations, personnel administration and employee services.
• Fluency in Spanish and good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and trackers.
• Assist with compliance, leaves, and lifecycle processes.
• Prepare letters, certificates and documentation for employees.
• Support HR reports and presentations using Excel and Office.
