Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is offering an Operations HR Partner Intern role. You will immerse in HR within a global organization, working on projects across employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics.

You’ll analyze workforce data, support employee relations cases, and collaborate with operations leaders on training initiatives. The program features mentorship, learning sessions, relocation support, and a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Learning agreement with the University required.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 month internship maximum.
• Currently in final year pursuing a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assisting with internal communication to align teams across countries.
• Helping develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learning about HR functions across the broader Amazon organization.
