Formación

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• B2 level of English or higher.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Support compensation and benefits administration including enrollments and eligibility updates.
• Maintain benefit-related databases and records.
• Assist with vendor coordination and resolution of employee benefit inquiries.
• Help monitor benefit utilization and participation metrics.
• Assist with leaves of absence, part-time arrangements, and other employee status changes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Monitor and manage shared Talent mailboxes with proper routing.
• Provide administrative support for recurring HR processes.
• Support production of recurring HR dashboards and reports.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
• Assist in identifying data inconsistencies and proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, templates, and checklists.
• Organize and update internal repositories and shared documentation.
• Support audit preparation activities and evidence collection.
