HCLTech in Madrid seeks an HR Manager with 8-12 years of Generalist HR experience to implement policies, support employees and managers, and ensure local compliance in Spain.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to drive engagement, change initiatives, and HR programs across the organization.

Formación

• Preferable Master’s Degree in business management or equivalent.
• 8-12 years’ experience in Generalist HR.

Responsabilidades

• Implement policies and processes of Human Resources for respective HCLTech entities, providing ground level support to employees and managers on HR activities.
• Conduct disciplinary, grievance, appeal hearings and write outcomes.
• Ensure local employment-related compliance.
• Possess good knowledge of local employment laws.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on query resolution and policy interpretation, guiding on key annual HR cycle deliverables across the employee life cycle.
• Liaise with internal process stakeholder teams and ensure meeting timelines.
• Support in managing overall attrition targets.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide attrition analysis regularly.
• Implement employee engagement and capability enhancement programs.
• Act as change agent supporting business through new organizational processes or transformation and rollout communications.

Title- HR Manager-Spain Experience - 08 -12 yrs.

Key Responsibilities HR Requirements

• To implement policies & processes of Human Resources (HR) for respective HCLTech entities thereby providing ground level support to both employees and managers on various HR related activities.
• Conduct disciplinary, grievance, appeal hearing and write outcomes.
• To ensure local employment related compliance.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws.
• Provides day to day support to employees and managers on employee query resolution, interpretation of policy and process, guide on key annual HR cycle deliverables on all employee life cycle events.
• Liaison effectively with various internal process stakeholder teams and ensuring meeting timelines.
• Support in managing overall attrition targets.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide Attrition Analysis at regular intervals.
• To implement employee engagement and capability enhancement programs.
• Acts as change agent in providing support to business through new organizational process or transformation implementation and roll out communication plan with employees and managers.
• Ensuring service delivery within defined SLA's and share reports of different tracks.

Skills and Abilities

• Hands on Experience in managing Employee Life cycle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of HR functions and principles.
• Ability to resolve, make recommendations and coach employees and managers through issues and situations
• A self-starter with an ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
• Work independently, organize, prioritize tasks with multitasking abilities
• Strong on MS office suite and database management.
