Jobtailor in Málaga, Spain, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR across EMEA, with emphasis on Spain and the UK. You will partner with managers and HR partners to drive key people processes.

This role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding and compliance with local law. Fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and analytical mindset are essential.

Formación

  • Strong HR generalist experience in international or multinational companies.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law.
  • Experience managing or supporting employee relations cases.
  • Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross-functional HR teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
  • Cultural awareness across the EMEA region.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA, with focus on Spain and the UK
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on standard HR matters
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the Employee Relations team on disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation
  • Support compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews and bonus cycles
  • Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting and reviews
  • Support performance improvement plans and follow-up actions
  • Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements
  • Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision-making
  • Support HR projects and regional initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with HR functions and business units to drive adoption of HR initiatives
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation
  • Assist with organizational change activities including restructures and acquisitions

Requirements
  • Strong HR generalist experience in international or multinational companies, around 5-6 years
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law
  • Experience managing or supporting employee relations cases
  • Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional HR teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity across the EMEA region
