Jotun is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across HR topics, recruitment, onboarding, training and development. The role also covers HSEQ coordination, health surveillance and safety training coordination within a manufacturing context.

You will work closely with local and regional HR teams, ensuring data quality, analytics and alignment with business needs. Fluent in Spanish and English is required for this diverse, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment valued.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and employee processes.
• Good analytical skills and comfortable with HR data and reports.
• Interest in digitalization, process improvement and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency.
• Exposure to HSE, occupational health, training coordination or compliance is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service mindset.
• Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Supports the HR&HSE function by contributing to projects or areas of specialisation by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility. May offer advice to employees on matters related to Human Resources and Health & Safety. Contribute to assigned projects or specialist area(s), focusing on maintenance, adoption and documentation.

Responsibilities:

HR Generalist:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics.

• Maintain HR processes, procedures and systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.

HSEQ:

• Support the coordination and follow-up of Contractor Activities Coordination (CAE) requirements for Technical Sales Support and Sales teams.
• Support the planning, monitoring and follow-up of occupational health surveillance and medical examinations.
• Assist in tracking and closing actions resulting from industrial hygiene measurements and assessments.
• Collaborate with the HSEQ department in planning and coordinating safety training activities.
• Support the identification, follow-up and closure of competence gaps related to safety and compliance requirements.
