HCLTech Madrid, líder global en servicios de tecnología, busca un Consultor SAP SuccessFactors para fortalecer la presencia de marca y entregar soluciones SAP SuccessFactors.

Serás responsable de soporte funcional y técnico, colaborando con stakeholders y optimizando el sistema para iniciativas globales de HR.

Trabajarás en configuraciones, integraciones con SAP y terceros, y generación de informes para mejorar procesos y resultados.

Formación

• 7-8+ años de experiencia en SAP HCM y/o SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia hands-on en SAP SuccessFactors (implementación y soporte).
• Experiencia en entornos globales o multinacionales.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (AMS L2/L3) and incident analysis.
• Resolve end-user issues y gestionar tickets de configuración y permisos.
• Desarrollar informes y dashboards usando herramientas de reporting de SAP SuccessFactors.

Overview of the Role

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening HCLTech's brand presence in Spain by delivering world-class SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive functional and technical support, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving ongoing system optimization and enhancements. Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of global HR transformation initiatives, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative HR technology solutions that align with HCLTech’s strategic vision.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including AMS (L2/L3) incident analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Resolve end-user issues and manage tickets related to module configurations and permissions.
• Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Support system upgrades, quarterly releases, and regression testing activities.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple HR modules.
• Provide functional consulting, bug fixes, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Participate in all phases of project lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP, Kronos, and third-party systems.
• Prepare workbooks, conceptual documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Skill Requirements

Experience & Expertise

• 7-8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.
• Experience in global or multinational environments.
• Proven track record supporting AMS and project-based engagements.

Functional Expertise

• In-depth experience with one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Workforce Analytics/People Analytics, SuccessFactors Integrations.

Technical Skills

• Integration knowledge using SAP CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware platforms.
• Data migration and validation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis capabilities.
• Experience in test planning and release management.

Language

• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

• Exposure to AI‑enabled HR solutions and SuccessFactors AI capabilities.
• Experience in global HR transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Background in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
